The lawsuits claim Kadlec and Providence Health ignored multiple past complaints from both patients and staff, allowing Mulholland to continue practicing despite warnings. The Washington Medical Commission charged Mulholland in April 2025 with unprofessional conduct, citing inappropriate sexual comments, boundary violations, and reports from at least three patients between 2022 and 2024. Staff complaints are also documented, alleging Mulholland made sexually explicit remarks to female employees, including comments about their weight and requests to see their breasts.
